- Session 1) Building Inclusive Communities: Practical Strategies for Disability Inclusion in Christian-Based Organizations This 3-hour interactive workshop equips Christian-based organizations with practical tools to create inclusive environments for families and individuals impacted by disabilities. Participants will explore various views and theology of disability and how they affect inclusion within their organizations. The session will end with actionable next steps to create and implement disability inclusive policies in their staff and mission.
- Session 2) Leadership: Navigating Uncertainty and Leading for Sustainability Christian global health organizations face unprecedented challenges in a rapidly evolving landscape in 2025 and beyond. How will funding constraints prompt our organizations to pivot? How best to plan for leadership pipelines and succession, and tips for effective board management? Join us to examine leadership strategies for navigating these pressures and ensuring a vibrant future for Christian global health.
