Foreign Assistance
The U.S. House of Representatives voted for major cuts in aid, including global health. U.S. Senate offices have said it is extremely important that they hear from organizations all over the U.S. about our concerns about these cuts. CCIH and some member organizations signed onto this letter to Senator Patrick Leahy, the Chair of the Subcommittee on State/Foreign Operations of the Committee on Appropriations. This letter was coordinated by the Global Health Council.
