Supporting Foreign Assistance
CCIH joined faith-based organizations and people of faith in signing a letter to President-Elect Donald Trump expressing the support of the faith community for protection of the vulnerable and foreign assistance from the U.S. The letter points out the small percentage (less than 1%) of the U.S. Federal Budget that is dedicated to foreign assistance and the extraordinary, lifesaving success of programs such as PEPFAR.
