on health facilities in Haiti in order to facilitate the sharing of information
about capacity ad capabilities of these facilities. I included an instruction
sheet and along and a short survey form. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>These documents have been revised and translated into French.
A document explaining more fully why the information is being collected is also

on to as many people as possible so that all health facilities in Haiti will be
part of the database. We also encourage those submitting data to update it as

des montants records aux besoins d'Haïti. Une des grandes difficultés,

lacunes et les obstacles. L'information sera intégrée dans le référentiel
