FBOs and Family Planning in Uganda and Nigeria Print {sharethis label=}
In a session at the Center for Strategic and International Studies on June 24, 2014, Dr. Daniel Gobgab of the Christian Health Association of Nigeria (below left) and Dr. Tonny Tumwesigye of the Uganda Protestant Medical Bureau (right) addressed how their organizations are working with faith communities to increase family planning use for improved maternal and child health.

  • How and why CCIH became involved in family planning advocacy
